Marc built an addition on my house. He failed to put the footings down 3 feet below grade. This made the garage slab heave and crack. The chimney that was installed leaked when it rains since day 1. The mantel above the fireplace was not installed level.The brick work around the fire place is not straight. The gutter in the back of the addition is pitched the wrong direction. He refuses to fix these defects even after intervention by the Better Business Bureau and the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Consumer Affairs. I was a friend of Marc's for 25 years and this is how I was treated.
