I was referred to Wellik Construction by a friend after receiving estimates from multiple contractors. When JP came to my house I felt much more comfortable than I had with the other contractors. JP was honest and I didn't get that from the other contractors. When I received my estimate it was less expensive than the other contractors by about $1500 and he was giving me better quality products. I ended up hiring JP and his guys. Not only were they hilarious but they were super fast and kept my house extremely clean. You can tell he has a lot of experience building homes. He taught me a lot along the way and I love my new bathrooms and kitchen. Thanks guys. Definitely will be calling JP for anything on my home in the future.

Wellik construction was referred to me by a friend. After receiving multiple bids JP came by and I felt much more comfortable with him. I received his bid and it was much lower than any of the other contractors. When he came to work I was amazed. He's so fast and you can tell he knows all the tricks. He also taught me a few things along the way. He's my go to guy when it comes to my home. His employees are absolutely hilarious. Thanks again guys!

If you want a contractor to do a great job, cost and time efficiently, give JP a call. A good dude with old school work ethic. He did a small job at our house in Ventura on baseboards and door casings, and even though he was busy, he did it on a Sunday and was easy to relate to. 5 stars. Hard to find these days.
