    BUYER BEWARE: I purchase a system in September 22. It is now February 28th 2023 and the system is still not installed. I went with this company because the salesperson said the system would be installed last year and I would be eligible for both the state and federal tax credits this year. These people do not give a damn about you. They installed the panels on my roof in October of 22 and they are still not hooked up and because of this I am ineligible for the state tax credit this year. It took them almost 6 months from the time I purchased the system to even dig the hole to run the power line to the electric pole. They have sent me 14 messages that they are waiting on inspections. They did not even put in for the 811 inspection until December 7th of 2022. This company is full of it. Additionally, I’m now making payments on the solar panels and my electric bill. Encore has sent me two reimbursement check’s now for the payment on the solar panels but they are coming about a month after I’ve made the payments. Encore knows what the amount is I pay, they know when it is deducted from my account, and they know they haven’t finished the job yet the expect me to go through the hassle every month to be reimbursed. Be aware that once this company installs the panels on your roof they get paid whether it is hooked up or not and once they get paid good luck on getting them to do anything. Do your research on this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone and if I could leave them no stars I would. Almost 6 months after I purchased this system and it’s still not installed, and it’s a typical install. This company is BS

    Solar Panel and generator install

    He did a bait and switch on me. He sold me one brand of solar panels then installed a different brand. I would not have found out about it if he had not failed the inspection. This is from the inspection report-

    1. Discrepancies in the plans verse the uploaded image. Plans call for Hanwha Q-Cell 400 watts panels verse the uploaded image show Jinko JKM400M panels. You will need to update the portal and plans as installed.

    Shady sales practices and horrible customer service- they take your money and don't care about you after that!! RUN!!
    We used Encor solar to install panels this year. We had only been in our new house 5 wks but the sale guy created a system without asking for historical bills or waiting like he should have. Since the panels were turned on, our kwh usage has doubled and even tripled for some months. At first they wanted to say that we don't have enough panels then they came back and said their estimates were higher than what we are using. I cannot get timely return emails or phone calls! They will not send someone out to check on the issue and they are saying I have to wait to get 12 months of bills so I can go through the whole process again to add more panels and pay for those! Which is the problem, Encor? I need more panels because your sales guy didn't build the system correctly and told us our bill would be "wiped out" or are the estimates correct?
