We had New Floors put in March/May of 2019. They were over priced and poor quality. Today is August 2020. Slightly over 1 year later. There are dents and pockmarks on several boards from furniture and a desk floor mat. Welworth says their warranty only covers 1 year. As it has been 1 year and 4 months they do not feel responsible for replacing my floor boards. They also claim that they left me a box of left over boards. They did NOT. I do not recommend this company. Do not work with them. They will sell you the cheapest quality and charge the highest possible price. -- Also, when my tenant moved out, they changed my locks with out asking permission and without telling me. I couldn't get into my own unit for days. If you work with a management company (EGL) that contracts them, rest assured that they will charge you as much as they can get away with for the smallest issue and not inform you. They charged me about $300 to unclog a toilet. DO NOT WORK WITH WELLWORTH
