    Install 2 head units for heating and cooling for a new build

    TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!! If I could give it ZERO STARS I would!!! Whatever you do don’t work with RYAN WELP and his Company!! My fiancé and I have 2 way Head Units for heating and cooling our Net Zero Home (Energy Efficient). He did half ass work on them by failing to take the extra 5-10 minutes to completely cover the copper pipes with black insulation properly. In not doing so, whenever the pipes got cold they started dripping condensation which left a permanent green color on our walls starting from our head unit down. Copper leaves a green color fluid when it sweats. We have been trying to contact him since February of 2022 and it’s now August 10th, 2022 and still have not gotten a response to the voicemails and texts we have left him. It’s so frustrating to know that he cut corners on our brand new house and doesn’t have the decency to call us back or text us to see what is the issue, let alone fix the problem he created! Thankfully we were able to find another company in town (Unitedly Service Group of Rochester) that knows the Daikin Products, especially our unique head units since Ryan was really the only one that was familiar with the product and was the one who installed it in our brand new build (2019). $179.00 later the service tech (Mike) from Unitedly Service Group found that the issue came from the previous installer (Ryan Welp) failed to perform the simple task of wrapping the copper wire properly that caused all the issues and our frustrations. I think it’s very important to make others aware not to use Ryan Welp or his company, so that they don’t go through the frustration and hassle that my fiancé and I had to go through

    Ryan is fantastic. Our air conditioner stopped working the night before a heat wave and he was at our house the next morning by 10 am and got it working in under an hour!! Extremely polite and efficient!!
