We have had Julio replace our bathroom... 3 times. Now we have black mold. (I have been Dx with cancer) we have flooding from improper sealing of toilets. Showers have leaks both of them have cracks. He doesn’t return calls or messages. Now we may have to seek legal action. Worst contractor ever! Run the other way don’t give them a dime.

We ended up taking legal action against this contractor due to unfinished/unprofessional workmanship and damage to our home. We hired a second contractor who was forced to tear apart much of the work performed by West Coast and re-work to the tune of thousands of dollars. Our mistake, we supplied up-front deposits which it looks like will never be returned and much of the work was never started, much less completed.

I had Julio do some siding work for me on a rental. Did I good job i thought. Another rental needs a roof, i thought again everything was fine. Then I needed siding on same rental. Not sure that I got what I paid for, I have never received final bill that I have ask for over a month. Things were left off house and I asked for them to be put back on. I am a woman that does not have anyone to help me so I rely on people being honest. At this point I will not use West Coast Construction again because I cannot count on Julio to follow through with things he has promised.

Experience was similar to above. Unfinished work, promises, couldn’t product license, stopped work to have corrected. Promised to finish but no show repeatedly. Had to hire others to finish. Don’t believe Julio.
