    Extremely professional and responsive. They were out on our emergency job from weather damage the same say we inquired. Very hardworking individuals and makes sure the project is completed per code and regulations.

    Was supposed to do a retrofit

    -- Charged $299 FOR A $70 PROFLO BOTTOM OF THE LINE TOILET! Leaked, missing parts, damaged floor during installation -- TERRIBLE -- stay away!!!

    I had seen Mikes work long before we had used him since he mainly worked in the Los Altos and Palo Alto area. He always seemed to have a great eye for detail. When you meet Mike, he looks like what you would imagine a typical contractor to be...looks are deceiving.

    We have been lucky recently in that Mike has been working in our area and have had him do several projects for us on our 100year old Victorian. We started with replacing the front stairs to the entry. Next we wanted to replace our double hung windows since they were deteriorating and could not be saved. Because of the fantastic work he did, we decided to replace doors and have all new molding for both upstairs and downstairs.

    We are now working with him on a bathroom project and cannot wait to get started. Mike makes a lot of very good observations and has some great ideas that really make a difference. He is very self-conscious of the customer and is very comfortable to work with on ideas. This is why we highly recommend him.

    WEST COAST ELECTRIC in HB did a brilliant job on our home remodel. From lighting design to helping us pick out lights to installation the entire process was SEAMLESS.
    If you are looking for a truly qualified electrical contractor - call them. John and his team scheduled every appointment showed up on time, were very neat and tidy and did a fantastic job.
    I will definitely use them again and am already referring them to friends and colleagues.
