    Delivery of pavers only. I had the most horrible experience with this company. After ordering pavers to be installed by my own contractor Francisco gave me a price for Orco pavers, including installation supplies needed delivery, taxes, pallet charges, and other fees. When the company arrived over two hours late 4pm ( arrival time 10-2) the contractor informed me that he had made a mistake in his math and that price was actually $1000 more than was estimated over the phone, on the bid, and in a text that morning when I confirmed before purchasing cashier check. The truck with my pavers sat across the street and he would not allow it to come forward until I agreed to pay this extra money. I feel it is unfair to ask a customer to pay more after you have gone to the trouble of confirming three different times. All this man could say was that he was sorry that his math was wrong but he could not give me the price that was quoted although he openly admitted it was his error, in construction if you make a bid, place an order, and deliver a product you can not shrug your shoulders and say "oops I made a mistake you have to give me my money or I will not deliver your product". He had told me that he was an employee and could not give me the quoted price because it was out of his hands and would be coming out of his own pocket but after some research I found out that he is actually part owner of this company, so more than capable of giving me the discount that was due because of his error in math. I also found many errors on the actual receipt he seemed to be trying to confuse me and overcharge me wherever he could to make up the balance of money he forgot to add originally. I feel that it is very unprofessional to quote a price and confirm that price three different times and then show up to someone's door and tell them that they need to pay an extra $1,000. Never use this man he can't do math ( very important in construction), he is a horrible liar, and he will try to overcharge you for everything while confusing you in a attempt to distract you from what he is actually doing, ripping you off!
