Permits
- Building permit records show that West Coast Renovation & Painting LLC has worked on 13 permitted projects.
While West Coast Renovations was remodeling our apartments, my car was broken into and several things were stolen. Later that week I saw one of their employees with my tools. I immediately contacted the supervisor but he was unhelpful.
The police were helpful and offered to run the employee's name through their pawn shop database, but both the supervisor and owner were unwilling to pass the information onto her. The owner told me, "maybe he just found [the items I saw the employee with] on the ground and picked them up." Even still, I never got my items back.
Though the supervisor and owner were very nice on the phone, they were unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation- especially if it meant contacting the police and turning on each other.
In my opinion, West Coast Renovation hires shady or illegal workers for their jobs and because they do so, refuse to pass on any information to the police.
