West Electric installed a furnace/air conditioner in our home and I could not recommend them highly enough. Their workers were friendly, professional, fast and steady workers - everything you could want in a contractor. Thier communication was excellent and craftmanship superb. BRAVO!

Worst customer service from office staff I've ever had. Sent a bill after no communication for 7 weeks. Then called and left a message that they weren't going to do the job after I refused to pay until they showed back up. Original date promised 5/25/2021 bill sent 6/25/2021 called in 7/9/2021 refused to come back 7/12/2021. Wow.
