We have been in business since 1992 with custom homes from $200,000 to $3M. West One Homes was founded in 1992 on a vision and passion for building custom new homes. Armed with an old Ford truck and some hand tools we initially operated as a framing contractor and started by building one home a year. We have performed nearly all construction trades purely out of necessity to complete a project. This experience has given us the ability to recognize qualified and quality workers who help us deliver a home that is an investment for future generations.
