Run away! These people are not the folks you want to work with. I was their first customer since they started back in business in March of 2015. I did my whole house with them consisting of a kitchen, butlers pantry, laundry room and 5 bathrooms. The process was painful. The contract was so vague that when a problem arose there was no way to argue it. He promised he would be waiting on me to be ready. Actually we waited on him for a week on the initial install and then 2 more weeks when he didn't complete the original order. The rest of the trades had to come back again to finish the remaining portion of the house after he finally finished. He would never take credit for a mistake and would blame it on other people. Such as scratches on the kitchen hardwood floor, my wife watched him slide cabinets across it, he blamed the trim guy. He made me a template of the corbels for the tile guys to build the back splash around. He installed the corbels and had a big caulk seem. Blamed it on the tile guys when he actually made the corbels too small. One of his guys took a screwdriver to my cook top fan shroud to allow the drawer to slide under it. He said I did it so we didn't have to pay him as much. He added a filler strip above my fridge cabinet and it was the wrong color. He said it would change color once it dried. I laughed. After a couple weeks of drying I asked him to come back and fix it. Then he blamed it on the paint store mixing the wrong color. The fridge cabinet had to be moved out 3 inches to hide the fridge. He said I gave him he wrong measurements and the framers made the wall too big. He made our master bath vanity wrong and said we never discussed how we were gonna do it. The drawer slides wouldn't slide without significant assistance. He blamed it on the granite installers. It was actually sawdust that wasn't cleaned out. We have had our cabinets installed for a couple months now and they are already falling apart. The slides are fastened to the back of the cabinet with a couple brad nails and are coming loose. One of the drawers is warped already. I have called and texted his shop but they will not return my call. The finish is already coming off from the inside of the cabinets and drawers. Complete junk.
