DO NOT USE!! PAPER CONTRACTOR WHO IS A LYING THIEF! Hired them for 2 separate projects. A small interior room enclosure and a ground up garage build. Room enclosure was supposed to take 1 week and ended being 8 weeks and was never completed. Had to hire our own drywall contractor to finish it. Poor communication, unorganized, inexperienced and not clean AT ALL! After our experience with the room enclosure we cancelled our contract for the garage build, which Mr. Saucedo agreed and said he would refund our $38, 250 deposit. We also agreed to pay him the remainder owed for the room enclosure minus the drywall. Still no refund of our deposit has been received. We have had to hire an attorney and will be pursuing legal action to the fullest. He had several opportunities to make it right and return our money but refused to respond. BEWARE!
