Good lord, run from this builder.
He breached our REPC and is giving us pushback about making it right.
Poor quality for our home, as we are making constant repairs. For instance, his guys put stucco over the HVAC outside vent (has been fixed), our floors squeak like a 100 year old house (cannot be fixed without ripping out all of the floors and addressing subflooring), the floors are not level (feel like walking uphill upstairs and non-level trim), the upstairs HVAC was not vented properly and would not stay on (has been fixed), shower tile grout is chipping...I could go on but you get the picture.
