    He was the builder/general contractor on a home I purchased

    This builder is terrible. He is extremely slow. I was suppose to close on July 29, 2019, but because of his poor and slow work I did not close until October 17, 2019. I hired an inspector and you would think that because it was new construction there would be minimal items. There were over 40 items, from nails protruding, painting and caulking issues, windows not functioning, door look missing and the one that was there did not function properly. Cedar deck has split panels and ballast. Garage has missing mortar around it between cement blocks. Trash under decks. And the floor was installed improperly. It is suppose to float, but it was put in so tight as it buckles up due to no where to expand/float. He also installed a patio door with it being the only back access that does not have a lock so if you park in the rear garage you have to walk to the front of the house from the back yard to enter the house. Terrible, contractor-would not recommend him!!! DON'T USE HIM!!!
