Westchester Modular Homes Construction Corp. is the construction division of Westchester Modular Homes, Inc. in Wingdale, New York and was established in 1989 to better serve Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, and Sullivan counties in New York, along with Sussex County in New Jersey and Pike County in Pennsylvania. Since their inception, WMHCC has built more than 700 homes in the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas.

Our team of building professionals consists of a full time sales staff, construction managers and coordinators to assist you every step of the way. As an employee-owned company, our entire staff takes pride in the homes we build for our customers.
We invite you to tour our beautifully decorated models located in Brewster and Rock Tavern, NY. We also encourage our customers to tour the factory to see first-hand how quality Westchester Homes are built. The factory is open for tours one Saturday of every month. The Factory Tours run from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm and are open to the public. All guests must be 18 to tour. For more information, please call us at 800-879-6001. Seeing is believing!
