  Bathroom Exhaust fan

  Horrible company. Was brought on by my Home warranty company. Kept coming out and staying for 5 minutes saying they had to run to the store only to never return. Took almost a month and 3 visits for them to admit they never had the part. Horrible and unreliable. Run as fast as you can in the other direction!!!

  Will not return phone calls, will not complete work they started, lied to my home warranty and said parts were missing, the only thing missing is a switch plate, which was on the floor because I am painting and they are not a licensed contractor, huge red flags and horrible BBB reviews. RUN FROM THIS THEIF!

  Honestly, if I could give them a negative review I would. I was assigned to this contractor by my homeowner policy and it was awful. My first appointment was on Sept 28 2022 and they didn’t show up, call or text that they wouldn’t be able to make it to the appointment that day. I then had to reach out to them to set up another appointment for Oct 19 2022 (my next day off work, I wasn’t about to take another day off for people who may not even show up) which they again did not show up, call or text and once again I then had to reach out to set up yet a third appointment for Nov 2 2022. They actually did manage to make it to this appointment but only stayed 15 minutes to tell me that my fan was too old and that they would have to order the parts needed to replace it (oh and the technician took the fan apart to make that determination but just left the pieces laying across my daughters bed). I received a text from my homeowners policy that day stating that the parts were ordered and a few days later I received a call from them saying that the parts should arrive on Nov 16 and they would call to set up another appointment, they never called me back. I reached out to them November 17 to ask the status of my service at which time they acted as if they had no idea who I was or what I was calling for and needed to be told my address three different times. They did set up an appointment with me for November 30 to have my fan/light fixed and (surprise surprise) they did not show up, call or text that day either. Again I reached out to them to ask if we needed to reschedule at which point they told me the part had not yet come in (I was more than a little livid that I took the entire day off waiting for an appointment that should never have been scheduled to begin with) only to receive another text message from my homeowner policy that the part has been ordered again on December 6. I never heard from Wester Electrical again until this morning after I reached out to once again inquire about the status of my service. I received a text message that the parts are no longer available and they will not be able to move forward with my service request. Would’ve been nice if they had reached out to me as soon as they knew that information so that I could pursue other avenues. From start to finish, they were a nightmare to deal with and I still don’t have a functioning light/fan after almost 3 months.
