I bought a complete furnace system from Western Edge, ( 2 years ago) January of this year the ignitor went out. I had a 24 hour service come and fix as it happened after midnight. The same thing happened last night I had a 24 hour service come and fix it and it was the ignitor again. I called the manager of Western Edge this morning, he said I should have called them. They do not have a 24 hour service! He said well I should have an alternate heating system we live in North Dakota it gets cold. So this is my experience with Western Edge!!!!!
