They are cheaper than everyone else but that comes at a price! They never once showed up on time, completed the job on time or pulled a permit like they said they would. We had to hire additional contractors to finish the job and pull permits. Bill Perry is a moron!

The completed job was great. During the beginning process they determined something about the spaces between the sub boards were greater than 1/4 inch and they would need to replace them. My husband totally disagreed, and there were some hard feelings on both sides of that disagreement. They finally went ahead and completed the job and we have not had any leaks. Another little glitch was with bookkeeping -- they failed to charge us for something. Western Roofing Specialists caught their mistake and sent an additional bill. I realize that sometimes mistakes can happen, and I paid it because they were certainly due that amount. However with the other "hard feelings" incident, by that time I just wanted it to all be over with. They are hard workers and do quality work.
