Within five years of building, the foundation beams under the kitchen were sinking. Westerra refused to honor the structural warranty. They said sinking structure is not part of the structural warranty. They said we must have installed granite counters, and that is why the floor was sinking. We showed our home's pictures on their website and it's the same counters. We had to pay to have the beams lifted in the crawl space to level out the kitchen.
Our basement flooded, and the insulation installers said that none of the insulation was up to code or installed on the pipes. This is why the pipes froze. Greg told us that we must have gone into the crawl space and removed the insulation. When our new insulation crew went to install, they found several uninstalled bales of insulation in the crawl space.
