Horrible company. Does not honor warranties and caused extreme explosion danger to my business, employees and tenants due to faulty equipment and bad wiring. A nearly $20,000 steam heat boiler system failed in only 3 years. No help with warranties and simply wanted nearly as much to try to fix. When leaving the premises they left the boiler on to continue to dry fire causing extreme danger to the tenants and employees. They also go by the name Dunkirk Boiler Co. Do not allow this man, Jim Piksac or his men, into your your home or office. Run as far away as possible.
