Please see complaint filed with BBB in 2017 concerning residential HVAC system very poorly installed in 2016. They never pulled appropriate work permits to do installation in city of Addison. Currently, the a/c coils they installed have failed. The are only 3 years old. We called them back to do warranty work in March 2018 on coils and they walked off the job when confronted by the city of Addison building inspector re their failure to file appropriate city permits. Stay away from these guys- they are crooked and undependable.
