Thank you to Westside for completing our bathroom renovation on-budget! We are very happy with the results! We found Westside through Realm, and really appreciate the work! Saul (Solomon / Shlomi for short) and Jennifer (Hrund) were responsive and supportive and offered good ideas and were instrumental in navigating complex projects, especially dealing with inspections. Special shoutout to Felix and all the team members from plumbing to electrical to painting to tile as well! Everyone was friendly, courteous, and responsive. One note is that they are all busy and their work is in-demand, so the more you communicate with them, the more they will communicate back with day-to-day project details, what the next big steps are, etc., so don't be shy about reaching out during the work and asking questions, they will answer them all. Communication was on point. lior spent more time than I expected answering all of our questions, even though our project was smaller than their typical work. He explained things in a way we could understand and didn't gloss over important details. The work itself was top notch. I appreciated that if something wasn't done correctly the first time, lior would make sure it was fixed. I think he has high standards where other contractors would let some imperfections go, and I really appreciated the attention to detail.
