    They cashed our check and never came back. Total crooks. Had to take them to court to get our deposit back, and did. Avoid at all costs. Should be prosecuted for fraud.

    Westside Lanai strung us along for 98 days. They cashed our check and never bothered to file for a permit. Phillip mislead us. Justin was forthcoming about not filing for permit and not having an engineer to create the drawings but then did nothing for the next 40 days to ensure he could deliver what he proposed- our contract. Justin knew the timing was imperative as we are working with other contractors. Justin attempted to push us to do the work without a permit. And then yelled at us because we questioned them. Needless to say, we are very, very disappointed.
