Just plain awful. They came and poured my pool deck but did not compact the substrate correctly causing the pool deck to lift and create a dangerous trip edge around the pool.
I’ve called them about 10 times over the last 18 months to repair the work but they have never returned my call.
My next step is to file a lawsuit against the company as they did terrible work and refuse to answer and repair.
All I have requested is that they come repair the subpar work they’ve done, as the Contractors State Licensing Board sent an inspector who verified that the work was done poorly and the prep work was not done in accordance with code.
