This company has been repeatedly dishonest. At first they agreed to the scope of work that I wanted. And then suddenly discovered they did not have what was needed to complete my project. I was then offered an alternative but at no point was given a complete description of this alternative. I was simply told it would be subway tile not what kind. I was asked what color grout I wanted and was allowed to pick a color they knew full well would not go with the tile they had chosen. When this was brought to their attention they were extremely dismissive of me saying that I chose these things. I was told the countertop would be a honed style and instead it is a leathered style. The craftsmanship on the counter is subpar and the stone it’s self had a crack. I received similar dismissive comments about these concerns. At no point was I provided with a contract to sign and when I asked for one was repeatedly ignored. Among the more frustrating things that was continually a problem with this company was how often I was ignored. Each time tried to reach out about a concern I would not hear back for days and then suddenly be told someone was coming to my property with little to no warning most often on days I had already told them I would away at work. Now that we have finally agreed that it is their responsibility to fix their mistakes they have been trying to cut corners at every turn. At first they tried to charge me for any additional materials needed to repair their mistakes despite us agreeing that they should be made free of charge because they were their mistakes. I was then told that instead of removing the Old tile in order to make the repairs and install the correct product they would simply be installing it over top. This of course is totally unacceptable and would create many more problems than it solves. At the beginning of this project all I wanted was to update my kitchen instead I have gotten weeks and weeks of headache. At this point I am quite frustrated and am tired of not being treated with respect. Quite frankly I expected a level of professionalism that I did not receive from this company.
