    Billy Whaley of Whaley works is NOT a man of his word. He did concrete work for me for a pool deck and driveway with a garage in November 2021, he even has pictures of it on his Facebook. In late 2023 it started cracking. I contacted Billy then and after he came out he said he would fix it, I even said I don't expect you to do it for free! Then after no replies to my texts, I again tried texting him in Nov. 2024. I now have 80 feet of cracks. Between now and then Billy has said in text 9 times that he would come by and or fix it, (I have all those texts!). Now as of July 31st he can't do it because "it is lobster season" (yes I have that text also). Now when I asked him for his contractors license number he texted me "so you want to turn me in, you really need to stop threatening me, not in your best interest". That to me sounds like Billy Whaley is threatening me!!! He also texted me "we are not doing the job anymore, I will have my paperwork in order when y'all turn me in". Like I said Billy Whaley is NOT a man of his word, he is not to be trusted that he will do work for you in good faith. I highly recommend that you do not use him for any concrete work, home improvement or any kind of work what-so-ever!
