Highly Recommended! Wharton services is head and shoulders above the rest. As a family owned business, they fold values like professionalism, trustworthiness, quality, and compassion into their service model. This is my third time using Wharton Services, for both my personal property AC Unit and, most recently, the replacement of the AC Unit at my rental property. Because this was such a huge purchase (a whole new HVAC system for my rental), I decided to shop around to see who would offer the best service, competitive price, and be the most trustworthy. After receiving three different quotes, I decided to go with Wharton Services, and, once again they provided excellent service. They were always available for questions and took the time to answer any and all questions I had about the process, the timeline, the product, and the scope of the project and installation, whether by email, text, or phone. Because this is a rental property, it was important that Wharton communicate directly with me regarding the process, and be willing to work with not just my schedule, but also my tenants' schedules, and Wharton Services did just that. The installation went as planned and as explained to me -- they set and far exceeded the expectations. They were expedient, hard-working, focused, patient, and professional in every contact with me, and provided me with great comfort during one of the most stressful moments. All in all, Wharton Services stands for quality service and excellent work. Dr. B

First of all I called several AC companies that were reccommmed but all failed to meet the Wharton standard of doing business. The technical knowledge is above any other company I have ever dealt with finding the best solution for me and my budget, I would recommend anyone with a AC to call Wharton Service. Thanks you a million

The experience with Wharton Services was exceptional. They took out our old ac/heater unit and replaced with an energy-efficient heat-pump unit; put in new attic ducts and vents; added vents & ducts to addtional rooms; installed a new thermostat; installed another wall-unit in our back room. The job was huge and was done in the coldest part of winter, and we are now saving big $$ on our electric bill. You could say, we love our home again! Thank you Wharton Services! So YES, we do highly recommend them!

We bought what they said would work. In the end we have 1/3 the air supply flowing in our home to even cool. That does not even address the issues of the ducts, the returns, the workmanship, or the condescending responses to our inquiries about the issues we felt needed attention. We bought into the company, their rave reviews, the personable interactions, everything across the board, hook, line and sinker. We have had nothing but poor quality responses from the company, no improvement in regards to the failures of the system to do the very things we needed, that we were assured about. Cool our home was our goal and we are getting only 1/3 of the airflow. Fact. We made numerous calls, requests of service, and even trying their suggestions of leaving our unit on fan constant as opposed to auto, and to set the temp their way, and run fans their way...we gave them carte blanche and we got screwed. I have never, and would never refer anyone to ever use this company. I am not some bitter customer, I am a very educated consumer who is wise enough now to understand (thanks to a dozen experts all coming in and saying the same detailed descriptions of the specific install issues with our system) we have been taken by this company and their lazy, or uneducated installers that appear to have worked hard to not do the job right the first, second, third, and fourth or so times. Buyer beware of Scott, Jamie, Brandi and their numerous crews. I doubt this negative review will remain available to others to view, but it is all true and not exaggerated. I have never had to review a company with so low a score, ever. I now have to spend another $20K to demo and install a whole other system and my Wharton system is only a couple of years old. They got us...they got us good.
