The worst professionalism I have ever experienced with a contractor! First they show up 1.5 hours late without so much as a phone call. I was fine with the fact that they had to go back to the shop to see if they had the part I needed but when I called the owner, Dave Calit, to get an estimate on what time they would be back out - the guy flips out! Tells me, it's not his problem that my AC went out (he used much more vulgar language). I tried to explain I was just trying to get that estimate so I could try to rearrange my work/meeting schedule. He proceeded to tell me that I'm not his only customer and that he is tired of customers who are a pain in the a**. (Well, I'm sorry for being such a "pain" to try to narrow down when they'd be back...it's not like I have my own job to worry about!!) I told him that is completely unprofessional and he said he didn't care and for me to take my business elsewhere. When I texted him later letting him know that I wanted the part back if his son had still had it, his classy and professional reply was "try not to sweat!" Guess this is the type of reply I should expect from an unprofessional, classless and obviously uneducated person!
