Several months ago I had some leaks in a triple wide manufactured roof. Terry came over and inspected it. The problems were from the shingles along the edges where the units were joined together on site. Terry gave me an estimate for re roofing and said that otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape(14 years on a 25 year roof) He showed me to fix the problems myself. After he left I thought it over and since I am not as spry as I used to be asked him to do the repairs/maintenance. H did so for a small sum and I appreciate his knowledge and honesty. I then asked him to put gutters on a 14'70' older mobile home which he did at a good price and with good workmanship. From my experience I recommend this company to all that need work done.
