I hired them in 2019 to install a couple of fixtures and work on an outlet in my basement, and also a kitchen fixture in 2018. Great job! However, I recently contacted them by phone, text and email--several times. And to date, no one has returned my call. Bad business practice not to respond to a customer request. If they are busy, they should just say so.
