The techs were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. The office staff was not. They were very expensive. They turned out to be probably the most expensive electrician I could have hired in all of eastern Idaho. And they never came back to finish up the final bits of work until I had called many times and waited a long time. In the end, some of the lights still don't work quite right, and they won't come back out to fix it.
