Do not recommend this company. They measured our doorway and told us what size door that could be installed. We ordered the door and scheduled an install date. The contractor came to install it and it was the wrong size. A custom door was then ordered and the guys that came to install was careless and did a poor job. They cut the inside of the door and the screw that holds the plate in has nothing to hold on to, which is causing it to pop out and scratching the other door. They did not put the trim back around the door and also left a mess in my yard. The Lowe's Team Member has been very professional and understanding with the situation.

Absolutely awful. Would not recommend Whisenant and Lowes Professional installers for storm doors.
I put in my Lowes storm door installation on March 18th, 2022. Whisenant construction came out in a week and measured and took pictures of my doors. 2 of my storm doors were installed 2~ weeks later correctly, the third was inspected incorrectly so they had to order a new door. It is now JUNE 6TH. I called every day the week before last to try and get something scheduled, repeatedly left voicemails, no call back. I finally got ahold of someone on that Friday who scheduled me for TODAY. Whisenant just called a few minutes ago and cancelled my appointment and has not yet provided me a new appointment.I am escalating to Lowe's Corporate to try and get some help.

I set up appointment with Lowe’s to get measurements for my storm doors. Afterwards, I went to Lowe’s and selected and paid for doors to be delivered upon date of installation. My installs were done yesterday and I am pleased with the installation and curve appeal of my new storm doors. The installer, Derrick, was professional and punctual for both appointments. Several weeks waiifor install, but I was advised of wait ahead of time.
