Mike Hansen and Steve Biegert founded White Castle Roofing in Lincoln, Neb., in 1985, after a hailstorm hit the Lincoln area pretty hard. Over the last 32 years, it's grown from a two-person partnership to a successful company that operates in both residential and commercial roofing in three cities in Nebraska -- but we still work hard to make sure each customer is made to feel welcomed and appreciated, and given the same personal service. We operate on the core values of community, hustle, respect, integrity, safety, and trust, making sure that we always do things the way we'd want them done in our own homes and businesses. That guiding principle has allowed us to continue to grow over the years more than any clever marketing or gimmicks ever would; as far as we're concerned, a happy customer is the best reward we can ask for.
