    Remodel entire house

    white Glove construction signed a contract for a full remodel of our fullerton home. After 18 months, he abandoned the project because he went broke after he had received sizable amount ($$$) for work he did not complete and left a lot of incomplete and faulty work. The owner Scott is a master manipulator of truth who talks theory but he does not know practice of his trade. For example, he said he finished the rough plumbing but did not open the drains in two bathrooms and failed to cap the pipes and seal pipes. He used the wrong electrical wires and pipe and left a mess with mistakes.

    We hired white glove for a room addition in 2017 and the construction occurred in 2018. We extended our house into the backyard making a master suite, new master bathroom, laundry room and office. From the proposal presentation until the final touches White Glove couldn’t had made it any easier. Scott was instrumental in helping to explain what could or couldn’t be done and let me tell you he is about as knowledgeable as they come! His years of experience really show when he made decisions that not only educated us but helped save us a lot of money. The office guys were equally helpful in their own right both Steve and Matt would constantly check on us, update us and take our what seems like hundreds of phone calls. And lastly the guys... Well You can imagine what it would be like to open your home to a bunch of guys that you don’t know and have them work so closely with you in your living space. All the guys gave 110% EVERY day rain or shine they were there and didn’t Stop until it was quitting time. Probably the most productive and hardworking group or guys we’ve ever seen! White Glove truly is part of our family now and will forever be so. We have no doubt that we can call them at anytime for help and they would come and do what it took to make us happy thank you again Scott and the guys. If we had more property we would not hesitate to call them again we miss you guys and hopefully all are doing well!
