Terrible experience. communication very poor at times non existent. Poor attention to detail, poor followup closed many months ago builder has not returned to finish in-completed work. Builder was paid in full. Save yourself some frustration and aggravation use another builder. very disappointing building process of our new home.

Would give zero stars if I could . Rarely comes on site. Does not supervise subs and allowed them to cause an extreme amount of damage. Ignores pictures and videos that showed the damages as they were occurring, including large amounts of water pouring into the home after the shingles were on. It was reported by one sub that the site supervisor walked in during a rainstorm… saw the water pouring in near the new oak stairs… turned around and left while the homeowner was out searching for more buckets to contain the water. The house would sit untouched for months with no explanation why. I wish we could post just a few of the hundreds of pictures we have showing how bad the damages were. Very disheartening how much money we have had to spend of our own to try to correct these things… as he will not. Please save yourself the stress and worry and use another builder who cares. He abandoned the job after being over a year past contract completion . Please find a reputable honest builder because he is neither.
