Very professional & efficient! Couldn't be happier with our new water heater. We called Whitsel's on Saturday. He was @ our house within a hour to assess the problem. Came back Monday morning with the new water heater, removed the old one & installed the new one in two hours! He told us on Saturday how much it would be & how long it would take. He was true to his word. If you're looking for a good honest business man Whitsel's is the place to call with all of your HVAC needs.
