I would of left a negative 5 star. I strongly suggest everyone to stay away from this guy! I hired Frank to renovate my house and I was told it would take 30 days. The project was never finished at all. 15 weeks (3 1/2 months) went by after the deadline I had to fire him as his attitude was getting worst everyday. Frank also managed to get my snow blower stolen from my house ( inside job ) and never apologize or even pay for it. He stole material from inside my house. He still owes me a lot of material. Please do not hire this thief! I do not want you to go through what I had to. They should revoke his PA#
