Needed work done and left a voicemail with details. Called me back 6 hours later with an attitude (at 8:30pm). He said “what were you calling me for, I don’t know exactly what you wanted from your voicemail”. He obviously never listened to it since I explained the work needed as this: “I have a simple job of repairing a rotten Fascia spot and hanging my gutters that were taken down since we had the house painted.” His response in a rude reply was “I don’t have time for that and not sending my crew since we are busy.“
Never asked me when I was needing the work, or alternatives just straight to being rude and dismissing me with an attitude. I NEVER review online but for a business to refuse a customer and be rude for absolute no reason makes me want to warn others what you will get if you use them.
