    They built a townhouse that I purchased.
    $579,000

    Purchased a Wick LLC built home and have interacted with them for over a year.

    Only in an overloaded market like Seattle could they continue to operate with such poor customer service and craftsmanship. The home I purchased from them has required significant repairs and despite including a warranty, Wick Homes LLC has repeatedly fought any accountability for legitimate concerns.

    Seattle is a tough market but learn from my experience and stay FAR AWAY from anything they've built and the services they try to sell you.
