Disrespectful of property. No communication. Poor workmanship. Covering holes with trim. Breaking property. Leaving a toilet full of feces when they aren’t supposed to be in your condo. Leaving doors unlocked. Nails, screws, saw blades and trash in courtyard. Owner unwilling to call you back. The list is endless and at least 30 other owners and I have an email chain with photos and videos to back this up. Disappointed to say the least.

He is the worst. He did the siding for Club Ocean Villas 2 in Ocean City. So many of us had had problems and still the siding is flying off and buckling on the building. He is never to be found . He is not bonded and insured.
