    whole house electrical replacement

    He did a whole house electrical replacement on our 1899 farmhouse in Warrenton. He and his helpers did an excellent job.

    If I could leave negative stars I would. This man is a crook. He took my deposit, and started 3 months ago. Still to this day has not finished, or even had the decency to call. He kept giving excuses about his family emergency, and hell be there he promised, then never shows up. All I heard from him is more money without performing agreed services. He doesnt do the work. He subs all work out to young guys who have no license. The workers talk about selling drugs in there spare time. Mark is a crook who just wants your deposit. He left us high, and dry in this freezing cold winter. He deserves to only hang christmas lights, because thats all hes good for. When he was finally reached on his phone he said the reason he walked was because workers working on the property were getting yelled at (not his workers, mine doing renovations) which is unprofessional from what he says. In the construction business this is normal. If you wanna talk about unprofessional thats taking money, leading someone to believe your gonna perform service, and just keeping the money instead. I guess never coming back is the standards Wiggins calls professional business lol. If he was a real business man he would have stated he couldent finish, and figured out a solution to leave both sides content. Save your money. Mark has a 5 star rating, but isent even on the top ten electrcians of Burlington County. Stay clear of this company. They are thieves. DO NOT be sweet talked into Marks web of lies! I will stop at nothing to expose this fraud until everyone knows what this company represents. In my contract (and on permits given to township) it says an estimate was 5500 to do 3 service upgrades, and rough wiring. Now the break down on that is 3500 for the upgrades, and 2000 for rough wiring. He was givin 3500 for a deposit. Out of that money he did no service upgrades at all so subtract 3500 from 5500 that leaves the 2000 for rough wiring. He did about 50% of rough wiring. So basically he took 3500, and hasent even performed 2000 in work. Beware of this evil man! He took my money the day after Christmas, and went on a "weekend getaway" (with my money).
