I had them install a complete roof with a 10 yr 100% leak-free warranty. I been chasing them for almost a year now and still can't get in touch. the roof has loose shingles, ply-wood raising in spots and leaks. They are avoiding me to run the warranty out. Two years after installed I started to call them about the ply-wood and shingles. Never heard back. Now its leaking and nails are popping thru the shingles on the entire roof. Time to file a law-suit

We hired Wiggin's Construction in Nov of 2019 to replace our 5200 square foot roof with a steep pitch. They only took 3 days to complete the roof installation and kept our landscaping spotless

Michael Darcy installed a TPO membrane flat roofing system on an 8-plex in Clearwater, FL in September 2011. The roof was supposed to have a 10-yr guarantee to be free of leaks and workmanship defects. The roof was sloppily installed and has been a problem from day one. The seams were not heat welded properly and had to be taped in the really bad areas. The tape has not held, and I'm still dealing with water penetration issues that have resulted in damage to ceilings in multiple units and mold issues. My calls regarding warranty work go unanswered and unreturned. I have no idea if Mr. Wiggins is even a real individual. I can't seem to contact him despite significant effort. Do yourself a favor and run if you see either John Wiggins or Mike Darcy coming. You'll save yourself a lot of money and aggravation in the long run.

The guy that came over and gave me an estimate; Micheal Darcy, was over an hour late. Then everytime he said he would come back to "firm it up", we waited for him, and one day he never showed-up, nor called. This guy has no time-management skills, and is un-reliable.
