By AnonymousApril 24, 2018Repairs on a rental$7,500Verified HireResponse from Wilburt's Handyman Service May 17, 2018When I was called to come and look at said propery I was meet with a non owner of propery and was shown what was needing done. I took notes and photos of what was told needing done and made estimate of repairs and submitted to part owner the estimate of said repair. Part owner ageeded and contract was written and contract signed by both parites part owner and contractor. Once work begin found and phone owner of damage which was not included in contract. Was told to give and estimate of repair. Estimate was made and submitted to owner. I will be waiting on the complaint so slander will follow.

I used this company to do work on a rental property, this is a shady company, gives you an estimate but when the work starts they constantly want to add to the cost, one of the areas noted they claim they didn’t even see it, then they want more money to do it, here’s the kicker when they had the wall exposed they never even said the saw mold, they just closed the wall up, but would have fixed the area for more money. When I called are texted they never returned my call. I am addressing the House issue and once settled I will be launching a complaint first with the BBB, etc
