I’m sorry I was not willing to take on your project and for not taking notes. However, with over 25 years of experience I didn’t fell notes were needed for my own mental assessment of your project. I believe contractors should be very honest about any conditions they see and their own availability during initial project assessment even when apprehension comes across as “stupid.” All the best in finding another contractor for your project.

Terrible. Came in missed the appointment. Was close by and didn't know the address (was in text message). Came in didn't take notes, said not sure I wanted this job. Made stupid comments about viability of construction that other contractors contradicted. Terrible contractor, terrible communication, terrible overall experience on multiple touch points.
