I would not recommend this contractor. Expected delivery of home delayed by months. Poor framing practices. No attention to detail. Slow and non responsive to follow up issues. 2 years in home and still finding poor workmanship surfacing itself in problems. Plumbing was not done to quality workmanship. Toilet flanges not installed correctly causing back up. Main line connection from master toilet causing back up. Poor septic pump install. Broke after first year. Poor T at septic entrance causing back up. Poor ac install. Duct work not supported properly, burnt expansion valve caused leakage of refrigerant the first year, foundation cracking , now having floor tile separations, attic not insulated properly. Good grief and more. I will retract all that I have said if they respond to this and fix a few things even if it is out of warranty. However don't think they care.
Otherwise I would not recommend them as a builder.
