He took his time. He didnt rush around like some of the other guys who I have watched in the neighborhood before. He explained everything he was doing. He took the time to explain to my wife the hows and the whys for what he was doing. After he was finished he did not just take his money and leave. He came back a few times to makes sure we did not have any questions and to make sure we were happy.
