Sam Wilkins, took shortcuts, ran over a barn and buried it. Glass, windows, wood and metal all over my land. My land was not graded properly and I have mud holes all in my back yard. It’s not safe for my son to walk barefoot. He lied to me and wouldn’t come back out and fix it. Do not trust this man. Takes shortcuts and and will not honor his word. Have had several other complaints in the four oaks area.

I would not recommend him to anyone. He does not live up to what is expected of a builder, I would never buy another home that he builds. He does not back up what he says. We had to contact a lawyer to get work done shortly after we moved in. At almost the end of our first year here we found 4 issues, 1 was a nail pop, 1 was a bubble where the wall and ceiling meet, 1 was a crack in the master bedroom ceiling. A guy came out and fixed those 3 issues and Sam told me we have to sand the spots and paint them. The 4th was the laundry room door a young woman fixed that. His workers a great but he takes all the credit until you have a problem. This house is nothing but a nightmare.
