Came in record time knowing it was an emergency for my 85 year old mother when the others made us wait. Briant heating and cooling gave a ridiculous estimate of $9300 telling me that she needs a whole new unit. Called Will and explained our situation and he came right over and even though he was aware of the big estate he only charged $100 . Her unit only needed to be cleaned.
