Our office did call but line rang busy and was unable to leave message, we offered another appt. when you called. You were not happy that we had to reschedule and declined our offer. (We put all our customers safety first and didn't have the tech. come back to work until a negative test was provided.)

I scheduled an appt. to have a pellet stove worked on approx. two weeks ago. Eldon took my phone number and assured me someone would be at my house on Jan. 7 at 9am. No one showed up. I called and Heather told me she called and left a message. No call or message. Lousy customer service.
